Responsibilities Start-up Collect scheduling conflicts from families Determine missing paperwork and ensure complete submission Review uniform orders, ensuring completeness and responding to questions Distribute pick-up soccer schedule to families Register for and submit risk card and photo Traverse City tournament hotel reservations Provide Lansing tournament information to families
Throughout the season: Collection of registration documents Collection of payments Scheduling conflicts Communication between team and team coach (copy coach and director) Communication between team and club director (copy coach and director) Team information sheet Team phone tree Hotel reservations Meetings (2 per season / sunday evenings) Game day (roster / cards / ref fees / flags) Reporting scores Confirming schedules (opponents / crush website / team / coach) Confirming directions (opponents / crush website / team / coach) Assisting in team events scheduling and preparation Tryouts (all age group sessions)
